The hotel was clean. the staff provided efficient check-in and check-out. i found the location central, only five minutes by foot from stores and the circular line. daily room service replaced linens and towels. I appreciated the staff attention.

The location is near underground stations. This makes accessing different parts of the city easy. I found many restaurants and shops in the area. The room included tea and coffee facilities. It had nice biscuits to enjoy.

the location proved very convenient, with easy access to amenities. check-in occurred quickly at the phoenix hotel. a fridge was available after i requested it, which i found useful. the room was small but clean.
the window only opened a fraction, and there was no air conditioning. this made the room quite warm and uncomfortable.
